   Firstly I would like to thank the owner of sky cabs whom I met yesterday bringing me home from Stirling, this lovey kind hearted man picked up my son leaving Callander in the early hours of the morning just before Christmas 2023 walking to Doune!! Or he would have been a road kill!!!! he went above and beyond the call of duty and never asked for any money, he just wanted to make sure he got home safe and sound!! I apologise for not contacting him before, myself and my family are so grateful for your kindness!! Glad I managed to thank you in person we certainly will always now book sky cabs many thanks again. Xx

   WHY SHOW UP HALF HOUR LATE! IF I BOOK IT FOR THAT TIME I WANT PICKED UP AT THAT TIME! Not told the road is closed when I can see cars going down it from my window! Was lied to my full trip! Time Management IS NOT YOUR STONG POINT!!! DONT TAKE BOOKINGS IF YOU CANT PICK ME UP AT THAT TIME

   Had to phone on behalf of someone else booking a taxi as they hadn't shown up and the man on the phone was extremely rude and bratty! Said he wouldn't come back to pick the family up because he'd already been and nobody was there even though they had been waiting outside for the taxi 10 minutes before he was even due. Normally in my experience a driver would give the phone number a call back or text to say they had arrived, no attempt was made. Being rude to customers simply phoning to ask about a taxi booking isn't a great way to provide a service. Thankfully called another taxi company which my company regularly uses and they were great, had the family in the taxi on their way in 5 minutes.

   I have been using public services for years all around Scotland and find sky cabs to be the best reliable taxi service in Scotland. They go out there way to make sure clients are picked up on time as well as ensuring destination arrival before time . They are an excellent company with outstanding staff.
