    Unbelievably poor service. Taxi booked weeks in advance for a special function. Taxi never appeared and had to chase up. At the initial call I was told, by foreign contact centre, it was on its way and would be with us in 5-10 minutes, never appeared. Called again only to be told no record of booking. Calls went back and forth to contact centre with continued false promises until I eventually got a local person who sorted things out but only after a wait of over 90 minutes. Would not recommend this company until their call handling problems have been sorted.

    Booked a taxi home from Stirling train station at 17:43. The Taxi was booked for 23:55 as we were coming home on the late train. I received a call at 23:13, while we were on the train to inform me that the taxi was cancelled because 2 of the drivers electric cars couldn't drive in the cold (-2/-3). During the call, this was deemed "enough notice to sort something else out" I had pre booked in advance due to it being the 30th of December. Luckily I got a booking elsewhere but if I hadn't it would have left 2, 21 year old women out in the cold and dark with no buses running. Entirely unacceptable.

    Was in a bind as my bus had arrived late, causing me to miss the last train from Stirling to Edinburgh. The booking was very easy to make, and vehicle information was provided as soon as a driver was assigned. Pawel was amazing, a very safe driver and we had wonderful conversation! I was in a very stressful situation, and Stirling Taxis provided an affordable and efficient alternative! If I'm ever in need of a taxi, I'll be using Stirling Taxis again! Overall a very straightforward and enjoyable experience :)

    On our initial trip from Cornton to Briarlands Farm, the fare was £23.90, and the driver dropped us off directly at the entrance with no issues. However, for the return journey, we experienced significant problems. The driver called to say he was at the “main entrance,” but it turned out he was at the Safari Park instead. We had to walk to meet him, as he said he couldn’t locate us. When we entered the taxi, the meter was already showing £12, and the driver immediately turned his phone off. Upon arrival in Cornton, the driver charged us £30, claiming it was due to “waiting time” — even though he was the one in the wrong location and made us walk to meet him. He also locked the doors and insisted that it “wasn’t him” who added the extra amount. This experience was distressing and seemed both unfair and unprofessional dont book with Stirling taxis

    Booked a taxi on New Year’s Day before 3pm for 8pm. Got a text message saying they were cancelling it at 6:45pm. Left us high and dry. Awful service probably because it was a short journey.

    Had a lot of taxis booked then cancelled, but tonight took the biscuit. Booked hours in advance. Stood waiting for it. After 10 minutes checked app to see I had been charged. When I phoned up operator insisted car had been and phoned me twice. We had seen no car and had no missed calls. He told me he would send anew car, but it would be 20 minutes. Phoned again after 20 minutes to be toldcar was dropping off at university, which was at least 15 minutes from my location. When we said we weren't happy he told us he had cancelled car and hung up. I have used these taxis exclusively for last couple of years, but won't be using again. Awful attitude and service.

    Made a booking on the 1st for the 9th at 06:20 from the University to the train station, got multiple booking confirmations and assumed all was well. Even got a booking confirmation again the day before. Then got a text the night before saying they were unable to pick me up at the agreed upon time, or any time before 07:15, by which point I would have missed my train. They did offer to rearrange something and pick me up at 06:30 but this would be cutting it close and I did not feel comfortable relying on them, given that they cancelled on me on such late notice despite having my booking confirmed for a week. Disappointing and unprofessional.

    I use this company quite a bit because I liked that you could book through an app and the drivers are always nice. However, recently I’ve had a taxi booked and got a text 5-10 minutes before the arrival time to tell you they “can’t cover” your journey because they have no cars. If that’s the case then the booking shouldn’t be accepted. Not really acceptable and leaves you stuck trying to find another company right before you have to leave.
