   One star is too many. Never ever, ever use this company. Called at 6:30pm for a taxi to the Theatre Royal. Show was at 7:30. 20 minutes later I call for an update on the car. It's Mother's day, so I expect a bit of a wait, but am told the car is on its way now. Around 7:05 I start getting calls from the driver who can't find the address. I explain where we are, confirm the address, give the postcode. He confirms he has a satnav (our address comes up on satnav, so I don't understand the problem). We wait. I get sporadic calls from the driver, who is clearly still struggling, says he can't find us, but also says he's on a different road (?). When I ask why he doesn't follow the satnav he hangs up. I call the dispatch office and explain where my address is, ask them to tell the driver. 7:15pm, I call the dispatch office again, asking what on earth is going on. The driver has by now decided to just give up and leave. Apparently there's a new driver on the way. Amazing. More waiting. At 7:30pm, we give up. At best we will be 20 minutes late for the show, and that's if the driver magically teleports into the end of my drive at that instant. £60 in tickets down the drain. Another £80 to buy tickets for the next show in September. Most expensive taxi ride I never took.

   Terrible service again, pre booked a taxi for a airport run for my sister last week, car was over 45 mins late & she missed the flight, tried again tonight to make a restaurant booking, called with plenty notice & waited over a hour for the taxi, late for our booking

   Booked a taxi to take me to the station and it was late. Phoned to ask how long it would be and it would have been too late to make my train. Husband had to come out of work to take me instead. Surely if you book a taxi for a time it should be there? Won’t be using again.
