    Call handler became very abusive over the phone for cancelling a fare. lied about the state of cars available and arriving. denied service to my elderly disabled mother who was arranging a taxi to her aunts mass who recently passed and gave her abuse also. We are getting information on the call handler and acting under section 53 which she has blatantly contradicted. She has caused emotional harm to my family and financial harm to drivers and should be held responsible as a representative of this business.

    Being generous giving a one to be honest driver was nice and helpfull but my partner was not ready when he arrived offered to pay waiting time but driver said was ok just to call back and he would return . When called back got a really nasty receptionist claimed mucked the driver about and would not come back leaving me and my partner who has to walk with aid of 2 sticks to hobble and get on bus and wait there in cold for half an hour . My advice is do not use ever also sending report to north lanarkshire licensing as companies like this should not be in the taxi business
