   Awful, awful service! Pre-booked a cab to avoid hanging around after a gig. Collection time passed and phoned to query where taxi was to be told (by an extremely hostile woman) that they are busy and can't confirm how long the taxi would be... I asked why they offer a pre-booking service to be told I was being rude... Certainly wont be using Gryffe Radio Cars again! Absolute shambles!

   Arranged for a taxi at 11:30, still no taxi after 45 mins. Do not use Gryffe Radio cars if you want to get home in a timely fashion.

   Literally the worst taxi service in Renfrewshire. There's clearly scams going on amongst the drivers using the "no show" function. 3 of your drivers have actually confirmed this. You're car will either arrive and then drive off without cancelling the booking meaning no refund or the driver will wait for you to get inside the car before saying "I've had to cancel your booking, I can take cash tho or you can book another". Absolutely appalling service and questionable fraudsters doing the drop offs. Avoid at all costs.

   I'm a 58 year old woman that used these taxis every day. Until a horrible nasty driver made me feel very intimidated and frightened by his shouting and angry rant aimed at me. My mum and dad used these taxis for years and knew the owner very well. I'm sure he would be upset at the conduct of this driver .. But no member of my family will use these now. Which is a pity as most of the drivers were lovely. But no woman should be made to feel like that in a confined space it's totally wrong.

   pre-booked taxi for 11:15pm, phoned NUMEROUS times, phone not answered or hung up on every single time!! eventually phoned another service who turned up within 10 minutes, gryffe phoned at 00:03 to say our taxi was there.. absolutely shocking service! no acknowledgement that the original booking time would be delayed by 55 mins.. shocking service.
