   Shambles of a Taxi company . Usually use this company all the time . Went right down hill within the last 6 months . Called a taxi at 4.10pm . Said 15mins great my meals at 5pm only 20 mins drive away . 4.35pm where is it aw your next out . 4.50pm where is it aw your next out it will be 10 mins away . Utter shambles why not saay that in thr first phone call .

   Giving a one is KIND!!!! trust me! Recieving so many messages on WhatsApp when I haven't even booked a taxi, so I called to report it and the rudest girl I have ever encountered hung up on me mid sentence. When I called back to report said person, the second person was also rude. Customer service training is required. MEAN GIRLS!!!!!!!!!!

   Absolutely appalling service that caused me to miss a pre-booked train. I booked a taxi via the Golden Jubilee hotel with a confirmed ETA of 20 minutes. The car never showed up. When I eventually managed to get through to the company (after they failed to answer multiple calls from myself and the hotel), the operator informed me the driver had cancelled and gone home - but the company never bothered to notify me. This failure to inform me meant I lost all alternative options and missed my connection. To top it off, when I pointed out the negligence, the operator claimed it was my fault and hung up. Unreliable, unprofessional, and frankly rude. Avoid this company if you need to be anywhere on time.

   Tried to charge my mother in law £100 for taxi from lenzie to westerton and then yoker on boxing day. Was told it was a £55 journey and someone would call me back whixh they never did.

   Tried asking the company about a taxi that tried to get my misses and her pall in the taxi and wouldn’t leave them alone and the girl on the phone was nothing but cheeky and kept ending the call would definitely never use this company again as they are ill mannered ignorant girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   Operator not ready to listen to the full sentence and just treating customers like as if we have a personal issue with them. Late service. One advise, please be nice , it does matter.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Drivers are self employed and take no responsibility for mistakes they even admitted. Useless trying to contact the company themselves just send a copy and pasted reply.
