   Very poor. Booked taxi for Sunday morning and never showed up. Why offer the service if you can't deliver.

   No show for an early morning fare to the airport, only booked the day before. No answer when I called to see where he was- beyond useless. Don’t risk using if you’re really depending on them turning up!!

   30 minutes late with no advisory call from the dispatcher. Had to call twice for an update to be told “she’s on her way; she’ll be there in 10-15 mins” etc. During second call the dispatcher/owner was exceptionally rude because I laughed at the lame excuse. (In reality the driver had damaged her windscreen and was not sure if she was able to drive - but no such information provided). Driver was polite but made it clear she wanted “no abuse/complaints”. Above all else I expect punctuality from a taxi service. Accidents etc can always happen but the attitude left a lot to be desired. Cheap and cheerful but based on the dispatcher/owner I shall stay away.

   Very friendly and reliable taxi service. Very polite and Good value for money. Would recommend anyone to use them. Also have disabled access for wheelchairs and very comfortable drive.
