   Ordered a cab to Glasgow Airport last night on the automated service and confirmed it with the operator at station cabs. It was going to arrive 20 minutes after the booked time, making me and my family late for our flight. I called the operator to ask if it was a mistake and he told me that it was my fault because I hadn’t allowed for a 20 minute delay in it arriving. So we had to make alternative plans to get to the airport. They do not tell to that the time you book for a car to pick you up is not guaranteed. The operator was pretty rude. I have previously had a reasonable experience with this cab company but this seems like different service level.

   Called to ask for a taxi allowing a dog as my car had broken down. Was told 20 mins. 30 mins later I phoned back and they were very rude and claimed they had never said that cause there were only 4 cars out and none were nearby!! If they’d told me that in the first place I wouldn’t have stood 30 mins in the cold!! Glasgow cabs came within 5 mins and were lovely.

   Only have positive experience and was using the company for years now. Booked in advance, last minute, once with a dog - never had an issue. Always on time, nice and reasonably priced.

   My husband's taxi turned up 15 minutes late a few weeks ago and mine didn't turn up today. When I called, the person was abrupt and just said they couldn't give me a time. I totally understand delays can happen but the call handlers need to ensure that their customer service is improved as people will start to go elsewhere.

   Rang for a taxi and was told it would be 15 minutes. Great. 20 minutes later we phone again and are told it is just down the road. Fair enough, delays happens. 20 minutes later we phone again amd it is still just a few minutes away. Eventually had to drive. Shocking service, would not recommend. You will be quicker walking if local. It is worth noting i do not mind a company being busy, but don't tell me you'll be 15 minutes and still not be here 45 minutes later. Poor.

   Would be ZERO stars but the least I can give is 1 star. Booked taxi via the automated telephone, turns up and its a people carrier. I thought nothing of this as assumed it was the only one available. From Baljaffray to Bearsden Cross got charged £9.30.usually £6 Wife called and spoke with "Controller" who told us we were defaulted to our last booking which was to sons wedding( people carrier needed due to myself and son wearing kilts and wife in dress) Have used since then and was a normal car. Poor customer service from controller, indicating that it was our fault for booking via the automated telephone. Went round and round until she finally admitted that they had pre saved our requirement as a people carrier size. I have only requested this type of vehicle once and had never requested that every time I book with Station that they send a people carrier. Advised to call to try and get overpayment refunded. . No offer from "Controller" to just pay the difference. Poor service use another company.

   Taxis booked weeks in advance. First they nearly made us late for the wedding they eventually sorted that out when we were next in line. After which they left us sitting outside Glasgow City centre after midnight on a Saturday night with a 4 month baby for 35 min with no contact. Had to get an uber in the end then they rang us to see where we where at when they where 35 min+ late for the booking. Joke. Post script. We rang them 3-4x from 3 different phones to know answer as well forgot about that bit.

   An abhorrent experience with zero service delivery and disgusting lack of anything approaching customer service. Booked a taxi for 4am for a holiday flight four days in advance. Called day prior to check booking was accepted (wasn’t clear from website). Confirmed all was booked, car would be allocated nearer booking time itself - no issue there. Come 4am on day of travel, no text confirming vehicle, no car, nothing. Call phone number, takes approx 2 minutes for someone to pick up. I explain and get told ”all cars are at airport just now and waiting drop off’s before we can confirm one coming back”. I explain we have a flight to catch and I booked days before to be met by a long pause then the immortal line in dull tones “Yeah I know”. That was all, no apology, no let me check when I can get one , nothing. Drove own car and parked as had to catch flight. Appalling service, rude, zero care for customers. Avoid, you’d be better walking
