pre booked taxi arrived bang on time, with a text to let us know when it was nearby, and a driver who was really helpful Would happily use again
The auto system they have doesn't work as it never recognises where you want to go. Have to keep trying till you get a person. Then they are unhelpful and you seem to be bothering them. My family have used this taxi companyfor a million years, but it seems to have all changed and is just too difficult and unfriendly to use. I go to another company now and they are fine.
