Terrible customer service was received! I was appalled how I was spoken to over the phone! All I done was phone to ask if my taxi was confirmed and all I got in response was: “Well I don’t know! I don’t know who you are!” I’m sorry that’s terrible customer service. So because of this I had cancelled my booking!
Whoever in charge of sending the taxi is terrible. Nearly missed our transport because the advance booking we made wad late. Taxi driver was good.
My daughter and her partner were here for a holiday and were impressed with the prompt service they received when travelling about locally with Wright Taxi's. However they went above and beyond when she found she could not get back to Liverpool due to the flooding that cancelled her train, As she is off to Goa at the weekend she was concerned as to how she would get down south and then at very short notice Wright Taxis came to the rescue .Within half an hour a driver was found who was able to drive them to Liverpool and the bonus was a Mercedes I can't thank the staff at Wright Taxis enough for a brilliant service Thank you so much
Overall Amazing quialty. The lady i spoke to when organising the taxi was friendly and incredibly helpful. I have a dog that I needed to get from point A to B and this company was totally accommodating. Would 100% use again. Taxi driver helped me with my bags to the first floor (where i live). Thank you all for making my journey stress free.
Absolutely reliable and brilliant service every time. Taxis always arrive on time and drivers are always on-time and polite. I usually commute between Alexandria and Glasgow city around midnight for work and request my ride online. Clear estimate for fare and the amount is always fair for the distance involved. Highly recommended.
