   If I could give no stars I would. Booked a taxi through the app at the hotel, have waited over an hour and a half for it to turn up. App said the taxi was there, still nothing. Called Clydebank Taxis to be told it could be up to another half hour wait. Just want to go see a relative at the hospital before major surgery tomorrow and my mum is unable to walk the distance. Both left extremely upset and we are still waiting now... Not holding out much hope. Suspect the operation will be over by the time we actually get picked up at this rate!

   Booking made and paid for, driver didn’t show up. 2 calls to office and 20 minutes later, still no driver and no clue if eta. Shambles

   The driver failed to inform me of the festive season surcharge and was rude when he found out I didn't read minds for a living, didn't have enough cash left after the £2 surcharge to tip him and needed help getting out of his taxi same as he had done whilst I was getting in. Spinal injury just doesn't heal that quickly. Overall a most unpleasant experience.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Drivers are self employed and take no responsibility for mistakes they even admitted. Useless trying to contact the company themselves just send a copy and pasted reply.

   Ridiculous carry on, normally these guys are quite good but booked a taxi the night before for 1pm for work, didnt got confirmation of driver til 1:33pm. Gave up waiting and it was cancelled. Called twice only tp be told still getting a driver and that booking it on the app won't allocate ye a car any faster or guarantee you have one. What's the use of having a booking system then??? Ended up mega late for work. Will be getting a car directly next time, very disappointed with the service the system's atrocious ye should expect yer pre bookings to be there or atleast be given some priority esp if ye do it well in advance.

   Booked 6 hours in advance to go to work. Got text to say taxi on its way. Never arrived. Lost a day at work. Drivers don't want card journeys only want cash in hand. If you opt to pay by card they reject your fare you have been warned.

   Failed to send correct vehicle after booking nearly one month in advance. Replacement turned up 7 minutes late. Not very reliable and punctual so best to avoid if using them to travel to the airport. Second booking taxi failed to wait for arrival at airport I presume they are not sure of the procedure of passing through the airport, so second vehicle turned up early. On both of these occasions disabled and a young passenger was left stranded, the driver even had the cheek to try and threaten to steal money without carrying out the booking, ended up booking Clydebank private hire who were very fast in turning up within 20 minutes at the airport. My advice is if travelling to Glasgow airport is use the bus or a private hire taxi, there is the 500, X24 and 757 buses to Glasgow Airport.
