   Donald was a life saver for our West Highland Way trip! One of my daughters needed a rest day during a section of the hike that was the most remote from any roads. We were nervous about sending our teen on a solo journey that required transferring between cabs and ferries and busses to get all the way around Loch Lomond to our next lodging and were about to cancel the hike for everyone. But I got ahold of Donald and he was willing to make the whole journey around the lake with her. He made all of it so easy- we paid ahead of time with a credit card, he set up a clear meeting place and sent a picture of the cab so my daughter knew exactly who to look for, and he texted me when she was safely delivered. She reported back to me that he was great company during the ride. She thought the experience was great and we were all so happy and relieved to find a solution to our dilemma!

   Last week I had a knee injury whilst doing the West Highland Way. Donald was an absolute star, he helped me get to my accommodation on the day of the injury. Then the next day came back and took me to my next accommodation stop as I still couldn’t walk properly. He helped hugely to reduce the stress in a stress situation.. He was friendly, informative and helpful.
