Barred from my address? I have not even used them from the flat before. In the whole 5 years I loved here. Would love to know why
Phoned in advance to book a taxi for 11.30 pm. Was told they didn’t take bookings for later than 8.30. and I should just phone ten minutes before I wanted picked up but I may have to pay over the phone. When I phoned it was confirmed I had to pay in advance and I agreed. I was then told they had a problem and couldn’t take the payment. I said that I could pay cash then. I was then told that they wouldn’t send a car and they didn’t.
We used TOA frequently in the days around our wedding, and they were absolutely brilliant. I must have booked around 30 rides over five days for different family members in different spots, and every single time the service was friendly, professional, and right on time. Whether we pre-booked or called last minute, they were super reliable and easy to deal with. It took a lot of stress out of a very busy week. Thanks TOA!
Don’t use this taxi company! We booked this taxi using the app and watched it dance around balloch. We don’t mind this but what was frustrating is it cancelled on us and then charged us?! They charged us for the full journey and didn’t even come click us up. I explained this to customer supervise who just explained it’s Customer service and we must have got in.. we’re currently in another taxi and didn’t get in that is. Don’t use this company or app!
Booked a 7:30am pick up for the airport. Driver was on time and I received a call informing me he was outside. Driver was delightful and helpful. I called from the airport on return, as advised by the office. Again, prompt, friendly and helpful driver. Very reasonable price. Very happy with this service in all aspects.
Would rate 0 if I could. Taxi did not arrive after pre booked and attempted to call them multiple times with no answer! Luckily managed to flag a taxi after 30 minutes or would have been stuck in dumbarton when the destination was Glasgow.

Still.waiting for my 7am taxis It's 725 now. Three calls to office and all false promises. 5 minutes, on his way, blah blah. Train strike and now going to be late for work. Won't be using them again - absolute joke.
Pre-booked 4 hours in advance, didn't turn up and refused to answer calls. Absolutely disgusting service. Recommended by the hotel, but can't be trusted at all. Left us stranded all night.
