Needed a taxi to get cat to vet. Very helpfull swirch operator, very helpfull drivers. Great service , would recommend and will use again.
Terrible taxi service always reject bookings and operaters r a bunch of greeting faces
Had a great time in 1011 taxis. Such an affordable cab company. I booked my taxi the day before and it came at a punctual time causing a stress free journey. My driver was Gordon Archer and he was absolutely amazing. His jolly and kind attitude set us up great for the day and left us in a great mood. He ever lent me a pack of tissues when I had a runny nose. Amazing !
They were very happy to take our money and take us to Costco but when we called for a taxi back they said they don't go to Costco and left us stranded. Thankfully we're all able bodied but this would have been a disaster for a senior or someone with a disability. If they don't go there that should have been the answer the whole time so we weren't left there.
Driver stopped for extended period in the middle of a main road. Plenty of parking but 1011 seem to have their own rules.
