Drop and swapped on a Sunday lunch time. No office staff, so left to own devices. Nowhere to drop as yard so full. Had to move full trailers around the yard to get access to an empty to take away. Nice to be left alone, but organisation could be better.
Went for induction , 5hrs , then got start with them absolutely fabulous .
Office staff in back don't have any clue, they have a not to bothered attitude and want the drivers to hunt for there trailers while they sit on there fat backside and munch on crisps. Terrible pay rubbish organisation and high turnover of staff,, especially in the drivers side of the company. Worst company I have ever worked with. Glad not working with them and moved on where I get my truck and go.
This company is a joke! I been asked to came for an interview at 11.00 by John Kelly and 50 minutes later nothing happening. No respect at all!!!
Not an experience any person would want, gave them 40yrs service and couldn't even give a letter to say thanks

Worked there for a week on agency doing tramping,vehicle was OK but no fuel cards and staff especially at Warrington ignorant,stood at window and watched as staff there larked about with phones ringing out and generally not giving a damn,I was basically invisible to them. Not a bad weeks work but staff at Bellshill OK but Warrington,jeez!!
