    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff were unprofessional and unresponsive I was informed that there would be no delivery today, so I left and made other arrangements. Shortly after, the driver suddenly appeared without any prior notice. This shows a serious lack of communication and coordination within the company. To make matters worse, I was then asked to pay redelivery charges for a mistake that was clearly caused by their poor communication and lack of coordination. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My time was wasted, and I was inconvenienced through no fault of my own.
