    This company delivered worktops that I ordered from B&Q. I watched the delivery driver attempt to carry a 3m length of worktop out the back of the van himself and then drop it on the road and crack it. To make it worse, he then did the exact same thing with the second length of worktop and then denied that it had anything to do with him. I refused these and had to contact b&q for replacements and was assured they would arrive a couple of days later. They seemed to arrive in the Glasgow depot on the agreed date but after many incorrect texts saying they would be delivered that day and sitting in waiting for nothing to arrive for the 3 days following this , my dad has now had to hire a van to go and collect the worktops himself. To top it off, only one new worktop is there and my dad has had to take one new one and one of the damaged ones. I will be contacting b&q for a refund. This whole saga has delayed my kitchen installation and we are now rushing to get it done with 1 week til Christmas. Avoid at all costs!

    Very bad service Worst service ever Charged 30 pound for next day delivery but still didn’t receive my package 6days later they handed my package to third party and now on 7th day they are still showing it in transit. One kore thing they also have worst customer service doesn’t matter how hard you try to contact them you never get connected to customer services. Poor management

    The glasgow depot has had my parcel since 2/12 was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd. Itvhas sat there all week. Got a txt today saying delivery by liam between 14.01 - 16.01 to then go on and track and van showing in glasgow. Refresh page and low and behold delivery now removed from van. Contacted company using contact form 2 days ago still awaiting on a reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERIES. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTANT AND DEFO NEVER GET NEXT DAY DELIVERY AS NEVER HAPPENS!!!!!

    Several parcels which were booked for next day delivery arrived DAYS late, being constantly rebooked (one has been rebooked 4 times!), this is about 6th delivery which was meant to be next day and yet again has been rebooked. Customer service offers no consolation, just a "we're busy", well, don't offer next day if you can't deliver. I have now been actively requesting my suppliers not to use DX due to this

    Absolutely useless, driver didn’t deliver shipment due to attempting to deliver to the wrong address. The following day the item was loaded on to a delivery van to be removed straight away and put into storage why? And when contacting customer service they are absolutely useless. If you try to log a complaint its apparently internal so clearly nothing is being done about the issue. I would definitely not use this company to deliver any of my business parcels.

    DX courier service is seemingly unable to deliver any item whatsoever. You will stay home for time slot (10 hours) but they will not come. Customer service can only be contacted through email and you will receive the shortest, most vague answer to any query. The only way to receive your item is to go to the depot and only then if they are open, staffed and they can find your item - None of these are guaranteed. I recommend never using them ever.

    Poor service, delivery has all necessary details for address but I get an email the day it is supposed to be delivered saying they need additional details. Tried calling four times over two days and every time, after putting in the delivery number and postcode, I go to an automated response stating all their call handlers are busy and that i need to email them, rather than allowing me the option of going into a call waiting queue. As a result I need to wait for them to get my email then reply before I can give them whatever details they need, adding an extra two days (minimum) onto the delivery time. Very frustrating. Only previous experience was them delivering a wood burning stove which weighed ~50kg in a truck with no tail lift and one driver, so no safe way for him to unload. I wouldn't use them by choice in future.

    Only gave 1 star as could not give them no star.first delivery had nothing in box as box was damaged had the cheek to leave it probably thinking I would accept it.had to phone company I had originally got parcel from to explain what happened. company sent replacement, but today guess what parcel once again damaged open one end open, what was the driver's reply I'm in a hurry, and nothing to do with me. obviously delivery company quite happy to take delivery money but will not take care of your parcels. shocking way to treat people

    if i could give them no stars i would. JOKE!!! how they have a service i don't know, I am waiting 45 days for a parcel, no help what so ever, A parcel was posted from England to Northern Ireland and they have said they don't deliver to northern Ireland. they say that they have given it to a 3rd party but no info or tracking, and they eventully come back with it was given to Eire Delivery, which doesn't exist. can't be contacted on phone, have to go through chat and pretend to want to post something, i have never seen a worse operation in my life. and i hope people will never use these guys as they have obv no care when dealing with customers that have a problem

    Awful service both my husband and daughters passports were sent by passport office using this company my husband got text saying they had attempted but no access I got the same text following day (today) regarding my daughter's passport it's a load of rubbish they didn't even attempt we were in all day no one rang buzzer and no van outside. Not going to trust being redelivered so will now need to go to depot. Tried calling depot apparently open until 12 today but when I called at 11.20 automated message saying office closed call Monday.
