    Worst service. Scheduled a date with them and they didn’t showed up. Customer service is bad as well. Will cancel my order from B&Q due to DX. If a seller offers you delivery via DX - AVOID!

    the worst courier company that can exist! Ordered and paid over a week ago and with next day delivery. Tracking was not updated and was stagnant. It only wrote that it was registered in the van and the next day that it was scanned in the depot and so on every day. Forget about anyone answering your phone. Or they will reply to an email because they don't give a damn about anything. I could barely connect to the live chat and they kept switching me to someone else, the service is so very bad, no help, when I ask where the package is they answer that they can't tell me what it is supposed to be? I paid for it!!! We just wanted to take it back! There was no way they would help you! So I found on this tracker where it was scanned, I went there even though it was far away! And you know what? Everything is mixed up there, they looked for this order for a long time, had trouble finding it, and finally they said it was in another city. This is absurd, you are paying for something that is never delivered to you! Avoid this if you don't want to be scammed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Probably the most lazy and rude delivery driver I've ever came across. Damaged an item 3 times. I finally refused delivery of the 4th. Very rarely do I get DX deliveries, and so I thought that was hopefully the last experience I'd have with them.....but oh no! Today, the same lazy rude driver made a delivery to (pretty much the kerbside) of my house. Chapped the door, said delivery, said the parcel is too awkward and left it where it was and walked away. Terrible company do not use! P.s I hate leaving reviews as I know that sometimes things happen, and I usually give people or companies a bit of slack. But they deserve everything they get. They'll never change. As someone else has said, when ordering stuff, ask what courier they use and if they say DX, laugh and hang up the phone and go elsewhere. It's not worth the headaches

    Zero care put into customer parcels at all. I've ordered a new rear diffuser for my car that has turned up damaged twice. I had to get a replacement sent up from the company that makes the diffuser at my expense and it's damaged worse than the first one. They don't take any consideration into customer parcels at all from being flung around on the conveyor belt to being kicked off at the back of the vans. The drivers don't want to take any responsibility and just tell you to call the number on the website, and won't even let you reject it from coming off the van. Pictures attached are taken from the back of the couriers transit, who was adamant that it couldn't go back on and it's not his problem. The contents were valued at more than Β£200 and just to see them get flung around is unbelievably frustrating. (The rips in the box to the point it was nearly fully open was how it arrived. Almost looks like somebody ripped it open to get a look at the contents. Disgraceful)

    Dreadful service. Cannot thing why HM Passport Office deals with them, other than they must be cheap! It has been 300% more difficult dealing with them delivering my new passport than renewing the actual passport (which was an excellent service). Do not choose them if you can avoid it, disgraceful customer service and 40 mile round trip to collect even although they have facilities far closer.

    Very poor service. Driver obviously couldn’t be arsed to deliver on Friday afternoon so pretended to leave a calling card. As there was no card I eventually found out by trying to trace through the amazon order. So I have to rearrange the delivery. I would not have know any of this if I had trusted their delivery email. The item awaited is holding up lots of other jobs. They’re closed on Saturday, so I can’t even pick it up. What a bunch of arseholes!

    Incompetent The real operational capabilities are shown when something goes wrong. This company is incompetent and powerless. They didn't collect my parcel so I dropped it off in Motherwell. It's been now 5 days and tracking is showing that parcel is still in Glasgow depot. This parcel has now been with them for 5 days (it is DX Freight UK overnight service). I have been asking for information for 3 days and nobody bothered to help me. Same stories that they have to look into it. They sell service but if something goes wrong they don't help.

    How is company is allowed to trade and continue it's practise is utterly beyond me. waited 4 days for something that was next day delivery. after not receiving the parcel on the 5th day they said it was delivered , contact the place I put my order in with if I don't have it. How does that even make sense. do us a favour and sort your company out or just close down. 3 times I have used a site that uses DX as a courier and 3 times you have failed to deliver.
