   Scam company first time delivery items until was expired. Second time the drive broke my pallet and they ask me for 80 £ more they don't delivery my items and they don't want refund me . When I contact them was really rude and they don't pass me over the manager also I provide them all video of the pallet load and items have samee Wight and also don't have insurances .don't trust scammers

   Terrible driver, rolls his eyes and tuts at you when asked to put delivery at back of premises, turns up without pallet truck or any way of getting goods off truck..

   Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Never collect the items on time and take forever to deliver. Sometimes they dont even bother turning up and when you call them, they give you attitude and blame their incompetence on you! They are cheap for a reason. Just pay that little extra and use a reputable company like national pallets.

   Driving wise they are never off the phone to you, changing loads multiple times a day. Had about 20 messages off them within 2 days driving. Changed shifts on me and told me they would pay me for the 2 full days they were supposed to be paying me for originally an up and down overnight.. and for my very first day, handed me £200 for what should have been 3 days work. Been in the game for 2 decades now so I broke contact after that smoke and mirrors trick.

   Phoned up regarding a rough delivery time for pallet of firewood . Office personnel very polite and very quick to give me an answer. Driver arrived on time as predicted by office . Driver was also very polite and helpful even though awkward and heavy pallet was hard to manoeuvre. Suggest move with the times and supply electric pallet truck for drivers.
