   Driver of SD22 ELU was Illegally parked on permanent restriction, at crossing (Zig Zags). Driver was having his breakfast, while pensioners with strollers and walking sticks are forced to cross the road with a blind spot. This carries a £100 fine and 3 penalty points on license as this is a criminal offence in West Lothian, this is enforceable by the police, as it is not a Council PCN enforcement area. The driver had his engine running while eating his breakfast parked illegally, which carries a £20 fixed penalty notice from the police, this is to combat air pollution and health issues.ARCT make some big claims about being kind to the environment, I think not in this instance.    I paid for an order to be delivered on a specific day. These clowns have not honoured the day that fitted into MY timescale. I guess deliveries are about their convenience and not about honouring the 'contract' that the item seller has with the buyer. They are a joke.

   Delivered wardrobes to my house, slid them across the floor, wrecked the flooring then took no responsibility. Would not accept any liability and refused to provide insurance details. Having to take them to small claims court to sort out. Avoid at all costs

   Absolute joke of a delivery company. Will lie to your face about insurance and refuse to deliver, and will also lie to ikea about the reasons for their refusals. The delivery guys themselves are great, but management is a joke

   Incredibly selfish and rude drivers. Stopped in the middle of a busy street and began unloading parcels even when there was ample parking -literally less than 5 feet away- for them to use where they could work safely and not block the road. This is a courier company to avoid.

   It would be nice if the drivers observed the Highway Code and not mount the pavement driving around an official road closure barrier to then drive the wrong way on to a pedestrian area this morning in Alloa, oh and leave a can of monster drink in the road too! Great ! Police will be informed and you are on camera.

   Extremely rude people. Turned up not knowing what they were to collect and missing parts from Ikea delivery. When I suggested they were missing something they got very angry and threatening. Honestly worst delivery experience I have ever seen. Most of the positive reviews are clearly fake so obviously most people get the same bad service. More like gangsters than delivery people. Please no one use their service.

   Tailgating me at the speed limit this morning in atown at 30mph, wouldn't back off and when I pulled over to let him pass to stop his dangerous behaviour he tried to box me in to the side of the road to shout and swear at me, holding up traffic. Only stopped and left me alone when he realised I was recording him on camera. Angry angry people.

   Drove on my grass and did a wheel spin in the drive kicking up the gravel and, wait for it... blamed the tyres!! "Nothing I could do about it". I presume he was suggesting that the company was causing and permitting him driving with defective tyres (a criminal offence) or, he was telling me a bare faced lie to my face !
