   Off at Junction 2a m74 takes u straight to it. Turn right into yard n park on left. Office is on left. Quite a small yard pretty busy but soon get sorted just b patient . Decent boys on the forks ..Sound lads good at there job

   M&H Logistics (aka smash into your car then deny, deny, deny) Driver comes down our tight street, which struggles to fit single cars down due to on street parking. My two neighbours were outside in their front gardens and seen the M&H driver approaching. One of the neighbour flags down the lorry before he gets to the turn which is very tight and advises him that there is no way he will make it down the street. The driver didn’t take this advice on and decided it was still a good idea to go down it, even though he was told which alternative route he could go (alternative route would only set him back 5 mins max). Upon attempting to go down the street, he takes out my wing mirror. He nearly wipes out a fence and lamppost. In the end he needed to then reverse all the way back and go out the way my neighbour originally advised. This was all caught on two neighbours ring door bells. Upon contacting the M&H Logistic office, based in Glasgow, I spoke to the “General Manager” Chris Harris. From my first conversation with Chris I could see how this was going, an unreasonable, and unaccountable person with zero remorse of what his driver has just done. He asked me to provide evidence in which I provided multiple videos and photographs. Chris then implied that I was “at it” and that if he had a £1.00 for every person that phoned them claiming that a driver had hit a vehicle he wouldn’t need to work. Terrible attitude. After then providing more evidence, he came to the conclusion that I did not provide enough and therefore closed the case! Police have been contacted but not much they can do however, my insurance are on the case as this falls under a “hit and run”. I understand that people may chance their luck with companies like M&H but this is categorically not the case for me and the evidence proves this. I hope that some of Chris’s managers see this comment and can speak to him, not only about the claim but about his stinking attitude, and pathetic reasoning. If this is how they treat people, I would hate to see what they do to the items they are delivering. This review is to make other people aware of this, however I have noticed from other reviews, this has happened before. SHOCKING!!!!

   I dealt with this company last year with a ongoing battle against damage done to my property and also to the materials that’s been delivered with no resolution my fence strainer post is split in half and with a year of correspondence the company has no interest in resolving the matter, despite being assured by Gemma that the director of the company John would be in touch. Sadly disappointed and would strongly recommend avoiding this company nightmare to deal with.

   First class service, received a phone call from Kathleen to arrange delivery, very good customer service skills. My pallet was delivered on time by a friendly driver. First time leaving a review but felt that the service received from this company should be recognised.

   firstly part of my delivery was sent to the wrong address. When I contacted them said there was a mix up and the remaining part was then re scheduled. Never appeared and when I called they said they thought it was a duplicate although it was a totally different package. So was rescheduled again and as the day went on I phoned to check it was still coming and was assured it was. Guess what it never appeared another day wasted with no contact from the company. Next day with no contact it appeared but the driver said he needed help but surely if this is the case there should be two people delivering the package. The package was found to be badly damaged so refused delivery. Due to having no confidence I had my original delivery moved by a local company at my expense to my address I then asked the company to refund this but was told they wouldn’t. Avoid this company if possible you only have to read the majority of the reviews.

   Don't work for them as a Driver HGV. They paid wrong wage. Promise for you rate per hour but if you do more than 10 h they will paid you only for 10h no more. Sick company!!

   Totally arrogant driver ! Parked on the Main Street of Whitburn at an angle making it difficult for a bus on which I was a passenger to drive past then they proceeded to lower their rear drop down step which made it even more difficult for the bus to manoeuvre around as it lengthened their vehicle. Your driver proceeded to shout abuse and gave rude gestures to the bus driver as he drove slowly around. Think you need to up your game and get customer focused staff !

   The worst service ever!! Really useless customer service, they can't speak English and they don't answer back to you because they don't know what to answer your questions. We had a damaged pallet from them and when the driver came to deliver it, he told me it wasn't him, so who else ?? I sent pics of the damaged pallet and none of them have been able to give me an answer in TWO months! We organised a collection on 8th of December, they LOST our pallet in Europe and our customer got our pallet in March because of them. Obviously we lost a customer because of them. Also, when you are going to receive a Delivery, they will Never call you to ask if you need the lift for pallet, do you know why? Because you must organise the delivery next day and Pay More!! For sure we won't use your bad service anymore.

   I was expecting a pallet, but unfortunately I was admitted to hospital unexpectedly. So I couldn't sign for it and it couldn't be delivered. M&H were very flexible and understanding, and held on to it for a couple of weeks. They then delivered it when I requested. Thanks to Lynne at their Glasgow depot, and the friendly and helpful driver. Excellent service.

   Awful company, didn't do as per the instructions on the delivery i.e. call me 30 minutes before delivering. Then left the entire pallet (100's of pounds worth of items) outside my house for all the see without telling me it had been delivered, the goods were on show all day long for anyone to pinch. Got a random person to sign for the goods too. They then had the audacity to say that they did everything they could of!!! They could of phoned (didn't) or taken the pallet back and re-delivered another day.
