Avoid this company. Sent 6 cargo bags to Pakistan. Only 4 delivered went to their office 4 times always closed. Not answering my calls or messages. Had the cheek to forward a message that I owe 15000 rupees in customs charges. Even though 40kg of cargo missing and not delivered.
Cargo not delivered to door.... The driver was only 10 minutes away from the village..... Called the number given to him and told receiver to come and collect from main road.... The poor guys came and had to take 4 of the big white sacks on bikes!!!!! Each sack was heavy as you can imagine they do not have any other transport apart from bikes.... You lot need to have a word with your drivers, bad service/experience, hence only 1 star.....
Worst employer and worst company. The owner of company was too rude to the employees.

Extremly Poor experiance , the time i booked air cargo they didnt tell me the problems that their shipments are freeze in pakistan Lahore. Now still after 5 weeks all in vein . Not even their tracking is valid shown the 2021 dates. All the baby clothes and other stuff i send is just the loss of money . Because the baby is outgrown of those sizes. If they told earlier that they will take longer then definietly i go for DHL , All functions finished last month now the season is changed in pakistan . Definetly not recmmend . Totally waste of time and money. They should take their profession seriously.
Used this company twice and both times was extremely satisfied by the service. Staff were really cooperative and always kept me up to date on what’s happening. Parcel arrived in Pakistan in the given time period and prices were reasonable. Overall would definitely recommend and is up there for the best service I’ve used so far.
Excellent service provided by Pak Asia Cargo. This is the first time i used any cargo service. Things in sent to Lahore Pakistan were of £800 value. I was a bit concerned but when they came to my house to collect they assured me with confidence. Whole process took about 6 weeks and got the delivery at home in Lahore today. Well packaged and everything was as it should be. I was kept updated throughout the time. Highly recommend their service. Will use them again.
