Booked 10 hours in advance and still turned up half an hour late. Tried to call the office but they didn't answer. An absolute joke of a taxi service, I'll be using any possible alternative. I even prefer Uber and they are one of the world's most evil companies.
Call in advance waited almost an hour on more than one occasion. A bit pricey. Driver's are pleasant enough.
Giving one star as zero is not an option. Booked a taxi and it didn't show up. Called and booking was not even in the system. Then they sent another taxi to the wrong location! Seriously don't use these guys.
Awful. Left me outside for 35mins at nearly 3am on a Wednesday morning lying to me telling me it was a few minutes away when I finally got someone else on the phone they hadn't even dispatched a driver. Lying to me to keep me from canceling. They told me it would be a quick pick up. Will never use this company again.
Have used them multiple times. Always reliable and value for money. I had even left my phone in the cab on the way to airport once before going on a holiday, was safely returned when I was back in UK after a week.
Charged £10 over the usual fare, driver and company were aggressive and cheeky when challenged. Driver took longest routes possible to add to fare. Disgusting service that I would totally advise avoiding.

Avoid this company. The taxi did not turn up on time despite being booked 5 hours earlier to arrive at a specific time. The member of staff rudely informed us we were "in a queue" despite our booking, and hung up the phone twice. Went with Uber instead without issue.
