   Got ripped off by taxi driver and got confirmation from the office that he has overcharged me. I have phoned numerous times and noone getting back to me. It's really bad stealing money from customers absolutely appalling and I'm tempted to get the police and local authorities involved because they have the evidence on their system and are not getting back to me at all. Really really really bad! Thieves!

   Orfered text from bearded to city centre for 5 people. Normally charged £22. We were charged £35.40. Queried this with taxi driver and asked him if he was kidding. Utterly disgraceful. Black cab back- £15.60 Inc boundary charge. Waiting to hear back from the manager who was supposed to call this morning. Nothing yet. Not happy at all.

   useless - you want a taxi at a time booked in advance - not to be told ahll send yay wan whin a khan….even got a text to say it was dispatched even though it wasn’t … missed my flight cause of this ridiculous useless company.

   Thank you so so much for not arriving when I had PRE-Booked my taxi, Because the driver was at the airport. Which then I had to use another taxi service which then made me late for my bus and because the bus had already left I had to pay more money for a ticket. So cheers for that.

   Extremely unprofessional and reckless driver called Joseph who within minutes was spouting nonsense about a multitude of conspiracy theories including anti vaccine sentiments during a global pandemic. Seemed genuinely unhinged. Do not use this company.
