   Shocking service taxi did not turn up,phoned and operator was awful , blaming me for using automated service ( which their system defaults to ) could not guarantee when I would get taxi I explained I hàd train to get, zero help. I booked appx 5hrs in advance ,she also shared they only had do many drivers , no attempt to contact me to say they would be late. This has been a regular booking for me , will be using alternative in future

   Shocking and incompetent drivers. Booked a taxi and didnt turn up called to speak to driver who claimed to be round the corner from my house looked round the corner and also on the app and he was 3 streets away not round the corner at all. Low and behold he never turned up. Would be too busy doing nothing to actually commit to hires. Dont sign up to a job if your not cut out to do it.

   I am not impressed with their customer service. My wife lost glasses in their vehicle. She phoned the operator and man told her in bit rude way, he has nothing to do with this. Poor customer service. Their drivers also often ask for cash payments instead of cards. It’s different story, but it makes me think that if you take cash it’s not all declared for income tax purposes, nobody knows sort of thing…

   Booked a taxi to meet me at the train station last night. Train was late by about 10 min and driver phoned just as I reached Kilmarnock to check everything was ok. Very reassuring for a lone female at night to know taxi hadn’t left. I use this company all the time now.

   We used Streamline after being stranded in Kilmarnock with a disabled child, due to a cancelled train. We still needed to get to Stranraer, a 2h30 min journey, which we where absolutely dreading it but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We ended up with the most caring, compassionate and friendly driver who went above and beyond for my child. Offered to drop into a shop so we can get him juice, went a detour to let him do the toilet and even stopped to get his blankies out the boot. Such an amazing man who saved us from being stuck in an unfamiliar city.

   Booked a taxi hours in advance to get me to the train station. Phoned when it was 5 mins late to be told it will be another 5 mins. Point of booking it was to be in plenty of time to catch the train . Being 5/ 10 mins late is no use! Taxi showed up 17 mins late so I would have missed my train if I hadn't had made alternative arrangements. Excuse of only having 2 drivers out isn't acceptable, don't take a booking if you can't honor it.
