Brilliant service from Thistle Cabs Kilmarnock. Highly recommended for wheelchair users. The drivers could not have been friendlier or more helpful. My elderly mum gets anxious about going out in her wheelchair, but the drivers were lovely and immediately put her at ease, made sure she was securely in the cab etc. 10/10 and a gold star!
My regular taxi company. They are plentiful in Kilmarnock so you never have to wait long if you order one. All the drivers I've had are pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Worst taxi service was waiting over an hour for the taxi to arrive to be told it has already been when it wasn't as I was standing there for an hour. Don't go with them go with stream line
Stayed at the fenwick hotel we was at a wedding 6 mins away Harelaw farm our friends who are Scottish were also staying at the fenwick hotel they paid for the taxi £13 our taxi was £25 every person at the wedding said that it wasn’t right and you have seen us coming because of our accent because we was English how absolutely disgusting that you would discriminate us because we were not locals that would not happen in our village Please avoid rip off merchants
Not only did they take £13 out my account when we paid full price when we got the taxi and after 3 phone calls I still have not received any reply or refund but they have rude staff who you cannot have a decent conversation with
