Had to send things to my family in Pakistan they said to me that they gonna arrive in 6-8 weeks and it’s been 5-6 Months and now whenever I ask them thay say you’ll get it next week That’s really unacceptable
Great absolutely great. The reason for me giving them five stars is due to 100% my personal experience. I have used their cargo services for sending back home my extra luggage after my holidays in Glasgow Scotland United Kingdom they have always delivered my luggage at my doorstep at Islamabad on time without any fuss.
Worst ever service. Stay away. That is my advice. They will take your cargo at above market rates knowing the competition is slim. On top of that they will make all kind of tall promises of delivering to your home. All you get after months is a call to come and collect your goods from a shabby depot somewhere at the other end of town. If you lodge a complaint, the manager Ishtiaq will refuse to take your calls, handing the phone to his handler who lacks basic etiquettes of conversation. If you have a cargo to send, do look around for others, these are definitely no people to deal with.
