   Needed a taxi for a trip down to the high st, in Helensburgh for food, We provisionally booked an Uber! And whilst waiting outside for it we got into Owens taxi (Mikes Taxis) by mistake!! We laughed and apologised and whilst he was waiting for his fare we chatted, and in that time our Uber was cancelled in us, which was no surprise to Owen. So we booked with Owen and he took us to a restaurant and gave us some local info too, he was a perfect driver, happy polite and informative through knowing the area very well. We called him for a lift back to our hotel and chatted again, even for a few minutes after we’d arrived at our hotel. Definitely a 1st class service, wish all Taxi companies would take note of this service 5*
