Wonderful taxi service. Booked a taxi for Monday and for Wednesday, each journey we were greeted by super friendly Wonderful drivers. Had to leave a tip, and I would recommend.
Booked a taxi at 21:30, to pick up at 23:15. Booking accepted, but taxi never came. Called and driver said he was running late and would be 5-10 mins. A minute later, driver calls back and asks where we're going again. Says okay, hangs up. Half hour passes, still no taxi. Phone again, nobody answers. Phone again, phone is switched off. Had to walk from station to far end of town. Unnecessary and unacceptable.
Booked a taxi from Tesco for 5pm waited until 5.15pm tried to call no answer poor show as Iām a regular customer
Turned up when agreed and friendly. Good taxi service.
I had to use them in an emergerncy. They were late and more expensive than "Big City" Glasgow Taxis. And for moral character one of them didn't acknowledge their own daughter for decades.
Ā£40 for and 8 seater to Glasgow airport from beith cos it's like a double run. Network in Glasgow take Ā£23 for the same journey, thistle in beith take Ā£29 for the same journey. Rip off
