    Theft is a problem My high value parcel from DHL USA was passed to DHL Glasgow then dumped into "EVRI PARCEL" Before being stolen in transit by the courier. Parcel handled by DHL stolen and they couldn't care less, nothing but continuous trouble and damaged and lost parcels with DHL, avoid for domestic and international. Customer service is 100% garbage, rude and connected abroad where they are not interested. Fobbed off AVOID AT ALL COSTS Use UPS or FedEx instead

    Told they don’t take parcels there. Given a list of three shops that did. One closed down last year and the other two didn’t do parcels outwith the UK. I did tell the person I spoke to it was going abroad. Very unimpressed.
