   Don’t think you should have ‘child-friendly’ written on the back of your van ‘CA11 PDL’ when you almost took myself and my 10month old out on the Bathgate bypass 20mins ago! You could easily have had some patience and pulled in to the massive space behind me, instead you chose to cut in front of me which led to me emergency breaking to stop you writing off my car and injuring us! I’m sure you know what you done by the sound of my horn however still didn’t have the decency to apologise. ‘Professional’ ? Don’t think so!!!

   Had the misfortune to be blocked-in by an overweight, ignorant driver in Kirkintilloch at around 4pm on 12th October! I understood he had a delivery to do but he couldn't have been any slower and downright rude to myself and another driver who he had blocked-in! Absolute disgrace! Not a good example for the company!!
