   Excellent Service: I ordered a tailgate for my Fiat 500L on 14th and Palletways was the company my supplier in Swansea used. The Supplier gave am estimated delivery of 18th to 19th I recieved a Tracking number and could easily track the consignement on its journey through the various stages of delivery. To my surprise when I tracked the consignement on the morning of the 17th, I discovered it was to be delivered around 10:30 that Day. But I would really like to point out that due to unexpected roadworks in the delivery Street. The delivery driver "Barrie" who delivered the item called me up to say he had arrived and found the roadworks prevented him getting the vehicle to the property, but kindly continued the delivery on foot with the Pallet Barrow right to the drive outside the property. There was no hint of complaint from the driver and he performed the delivery in a brilliant professional Manner. So A Huge Thanks to him and Palletways.

   Hopeless and the phone number message says it doesn't exist. In fact worse than hopeless. The worse customer care I have ever encountered,if you can go elsewhere. I think the person that dealt with me was Audrey, unhelpful and discourteous.

   So much about life is people complaining about deliveriies, however i just like to say i have had two delivery this week from Palletways and on both occations they turned up when you said they would and on both occassions the delivery driver was excellent. He was a very nice and polite young man that did his job well. He was a credit to your organisation. Tom GWR Glasgow

   Despite us telling them to call us before delivery they didn't bother calling. This was after making so many calls. The delivery driver arrived without any prior warning and we were at a wedding. Then it was supposed to be rearranged and again they failed to rearrange. After spending so much time on the phone they eventually managed to get the order.

   Avoid avoid avoid!!!! You can’t call them no number!!!! Online chat with always same person name Tom he is a layer!!!! No proper tracking updating your pallet!!!! Zero proper actual information!!! Where is my pallet!
