Waiting all day for delivery, no two hour window, eventually traced saying delivered. Waited 20 minutes to speak to someone at dx who put me through to depot to be told driver had delivered it somewhere else, not my door. Next morning called supplier focal point, closed, called b&q told to call back Monday, called Dx again closed for bank holiday. Dx local to area but no phone numbers given on website. 2nd problem delivery I've had from b&q suppliers, dont want to give even one star but wont allow me to post otherwise

On the third day now waiting for a nextcday delivery. I ordered a roof ladder onlinrle from BPS for an urgent job. I will be asking for a refund today.
