really really disappointed in this company now. used them for a few years, but we send deliveries from a butchers so therefore it must be delivered, when the rep came to us and asked us to sign up we thought great but no. thats us over £500 to fix mistakes, last one today £142 order sent on THURSDAY guaranteed next day delivery, the man still dosent have it in carlisle!! call on saturday to be told i should have been made aware of it, which i wasnt as usual. to be told aww its in another hub that dont deliver on saturdays, but it should have been delivered on friday?? last one we sent our customer didnt tell us she never got it and 3 weeks later we received a box of rotting meat that had been destroyed on the conveyor belt apparently, didnt get told about that either, wondered what it was when opening. customer service stinks, terrible attitudes and best the can do is resend free, even though its not our fault. just not good enough never again
Hopeless - nightmare - never received item large dining table so cancelled order they then delivered it when I was out. Arranged 3 times for it to be collected and they failed to turn up. Eventually had to borrow a van to take the table back to the courier ourselves. Avoid.
Brilliant service. Delivery driver went above and beyond to try to get me my parcel. Staff on the phone were equally helpful. After terrible experiences with Hermes etc it makes such a difference getting a company like this. Ta v.much
Didn't deliver as promised so I had to collect after two phone calls and one attempt at delivery outside the agreed day. Never had such poor delivery service
Excellent service, items delivered fast and in good order. I found the customer service outstanding and would definitely use this company again in the future. Highly recommend xpress despatch.
As much use as a chocolate teapot. Every time they have had to despatch a parcel to me there has been problems. Having to chase parcels every time is a hassle I could do without. The last time because of the Easter weekend not only did they not deliver on the Friday but they didn't even bother to put out on the van on the following Tuesday, using the excuse that they ran out of time. This had to be chased, the parcel turned up at 5.30pm. On this occasion, I took the day off work only to check the tracking info to find at 5.11pm that they had ran out of time again. I would very strongly recommend that if you are using APC to deliver your parcels make sure you don't use the Paisley depot
