   Where do I start ordered a gift for my wife on the 18th December DPD sent an email saying it would be delivered on Monday the 22nd December But while I was at work the sent me an email saying it was out for delivery on Saturday the 20th .So I arranged for it to be delivered on the Monday the original date they said but when Monday came I got an email saying that there was a problem and had to reschedule again.I rescheduled for Wednesday the 24th But again there was a problem so now they are saying Saturday the 27th of December. Looks like I'm not getting my parcel. You can't even contact them as it's all computer voices and bots. What a joke of a company. If I was a company I would consider using another courier company. Thanks for nothing DPD

   2 failed deliveries and promised callback but never got one Shambles of a setup the driver said he had been and took a picture of a lamppost PLEASE TRY NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY WASTED MY TIME AND MY CUSTOMERS TIME so now i get greif

   Twice I've waited in for the same parcel. Twice been messed about. First driver said there was no answer at the door. Which was a lie, he didn't come near the door. We have two dogs that bark if someone even thinks about walking by. Our front window looks onto the door and 3 of us were in and watching. Got a message on the DPD app saying parcel had been delivered with a pic not of my house and the code HDBV. Seems, after some googling. HDBV is a code meaning handed back to driver. So thats a lie. Parcel disappeared and I had to get another one sent out from seller.Guess what? Got a message on app saying parcel would be here in 15 minutes. So waited at the door with door open. Only to be met with another message on app saying driver attempted delivery and got no reply, Another outright lie. 5 mins later got message on the app saying parcel would be delivered to local post office and to wait on a pick up pass on the app, which never appeared. The post office is directly across from my house which is on the main street with the number prominently displayed above the door. Phoned main DPD depot, not this one as no one answers the phone, and they were all apologetic but couldn't do anything. Shambles of a company. If getting a delivery message seller and state you won't buying they're using DPD. It seems you have no satisfactory outcome trying to contact DPD. Sooner they go bust the better.

   Shocking been wait on a parcel since Friday then Saturday then Monday then guess what I wasn't in apparently oh really aye right sat in house all day and night saying it was running late .NOW I've got a email saying we will leave it at your safe place as requested on Wednesday really wonder where my safe place is ???? Cos I don't know..Shocking service .absolutely shocking

   Absolutely shocking delivery service. Driver claimed he delivered my parcel today to my address, which he didn't and I allegedly signed for it as JOANNE. The photo was clearly not my garden or my neighbours. After some investigation through DPD customer service and the company who sent the parcel, I discovered it was an address close by. I went to the address and the boxed £300 camera lens was sitting on their doorstep, clear as day for anyone walking past to pick up. This driver should NOT be delivering items as he has shown complete and utter disregard for customers parcels. I was very fortunate to retrieve my parcel by myself but I have raised a complaint and await an update.

   Really disappointed with the poor quality of service. Had 4 deliveries recently which have all been either delayed or delivered to the wrong place. Even with the app and clear instructions this company are failing a lot just now and need to improve. Also had a parcel delivered and the post office bag was ripped to shreds. Company send messages you cannot reply to and the messages are just not true. So left waiting day upon day

   Useless. Driver Antonio was supposed to deliver my package on Monday (after a week of waiting) and instead of calling to say it was on its way, I got an email that I had missed my parcel! It is a very important and expensive parcel (induction hob) so I changed my shipping details to next day pickup from a local store. The next day I didn't receive any e-mail and when I check the shipping details I get information that the parcel is now in the depot!

   Wish I could give 0 stars. Been waiting for nearly a month on my new phone. Driver took a photo of a random house and said he had missed me that day. This has happened a few times. Today I got an ‘update’ that the driver had crashed and needed to get a new van to deliver my parcel. Customer service team are absolutely shocking too as they don’t seem to know what they are doing. Absolute shambles of a company!

   Terrible attitude of the staff, very unhelpful. Parked in carpark and a couple of members of staff wouldn't swipe there passes to let me through but were quite happy to watch me walk around to the main gate which is wide open and walk to the same building they were going to. Staff don't care when helping, even if its important equipment. No explanation given why parcels went from 2 of 2 to 1 of 1 and one of them got returned. If it was up to me this is another courier service that should not be used. I can't given less than 1 star.
