They left a parcel on the pavement outside my shop on the Main Street at 9 at night and calling that “ leaving it at a safe place” . Guess what wasn’t there in the morning at 8am when we opened the shop. I have tried phoning the bellshill depot for 2 days to complain but no answer!!! Now the eBay seller is refusing my refund because parcel is delivered to a safe place !! It’s truly pathetic service

Surprised this company hasn’t gone under. Absolutely rubbish “service”. Gave me a window of door to door delivery of 7:00 - 21:00 and did not show up. Not only did they waste this whole day they do not update you or have a real person on the end of the line so everytime you call their so-called customer service a machine says it’s “due” to be collected on the date that has passed by days. App is useless as you can’t do anything on - it also displays a due for collection date that’s passed. The only way to contact anyone supposedly real is through a live chat who tell you they’re investigating and have contacted the depot and this somehow takes more than 2 days to do and still nothing. It is honestly quicker to cancel and rebook with a different courier. I wish I knew sooner but who would expect this in this day and age. I will avoid this company from now on wherever I can.

Absolutely hopeless company, impossible to speak to any one. I have each day for the past 4 days been told my parcel is out for delivery, by i presume a ROBOT or AI still not here One star given because there is no mechanism to give the zero stars. Avoid the like the plague.

Absolutely appalling service. Had a time-sensitive gift for a 14-year-old's birthday guaranteed for delivery on October 9th. Yodel failed to deliver, spoiling her special day. The item is still missing. Their service caused significant emotional disappointment for a child. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs if your delivery is important. The situation is still as same as it was before"soooo bad". I mean no any progress, the same reply everytime,. It seems that I am talking to answer machine. I would recommend not to use yodel because they are not professional.

Out of all the times I've used Yodel (never by choice), only ONCE have they not messed up. They've delivered things to the next building and then told me it's my job to track down my parcels (even though the pictures used are of flat doors, with no way of knowing WHICH local building the flat doors are in), they've lied about delivery attempts (and just lurked nearby long enough that in the time they sat there, they could've actually delivered), and most recently, let me wait a while day and then done the thing where they photographed a main door, but not actually rang the bell. There aren't words for how badly this company operates, and their customer service is named completely ironically because they never help at all. It's like trying to get blood from a stone working out where they've screwed up each time. The only guarantee is that you will NOT get your parcel, and they will NOT give a damn about you.

Would have been a delivery company, if they actually delivered. Have been waiting for parcel for almost a week, 1st time driver approaches address, claims to have attempted delivery, left a calling card, no such thing. 2nd time, apparently on my street, for over an hour only for parcel to go back to depot. 3rd time, driver out for delivery, but no update for over 1.5hours, most probably hasn't even left depot. This is really frustrating, with the addition of not actually being able to speak to someone that can provide useful updates or explanations. This company needs to change a lot of things, starting with listening to customers' concerns, given similar complaints in other reviews.

According the tracking page and app my parcel was reportedly out for delivery and returned to depot 5 days in a row, so I decided to collect it at the depot. I went to the depot on the date given for collection only. 30 minutes and various excuses later I was informed that my parcel was somewhere in the building but not where they had expected it to be. When I asked them to look again I was told it had in fact been lost in the backlog and they didn't believe it had ever really been sent out for delivery in the first place. Apparently they had been updating the app to say it was out for delivery so people thought their items were coming. A reverse order has apparently been put in and I should be able to collect my item in two days time. But they can't give me any guarantees. I asked where and how I could complain and I was told to see the website and email them or use web chat. So far the web chat had consistently stated try again in a few minutes as they are currently unavailable!!! Terrible customer service!!! VERY and other major online retailers using yodel need to review their delivery services!!!

I subscribe to Naked wines which I love! However, I am thinking of cancelling because they use Yodel delivery service. Yodel are absolutely shocking! They are totally unreliable and unprofessional! They NEVER deliver on the date I ask for or they can’t find my address or they lie that they tried to deliver or they go to the wrong address. They must think folk are in all day everyday awaiting them to maybe getting it right. I pick days I’m home and they’ve failed to deliver this order twice and now without asking me they’ve changed the date . Don’t use YODEL

This is my third day of waiting for a delivery. Yodel van was in my street last night and the driver reported an attempted delivery and said he put a card through my door. Complete lie. He sat in his vehicle for a couple of minutes then drove off. Even the online chat, which was amiable, cut me off three times. I'm told it will be delivered today but no tracking information is available. The driver posted a photograph of a row of house's nowhere near my home, I assume he parked in the street to record a stop on his vehicle tracker but he was not at my home.

Yodel have my parcel(s) in my local depot since late Friday evening & was due to be delivered on the Saturday. I contacted them using their web chat Saturday & was told parcel(s) were out on deliveries but failed to arrive. So contacted yodel using web chat again & got disconnected twice on the Monday & today Tuesday the information & another web chat shows parcel(s) are still at the depot awaiting driver & van for items to be loaded. The adviser couldn’t assure me that the delivery would be today but was told to wait another 24 hrs before I can raise a dispute. This has got to be the worst delivery company out there as my parcel(s) are meant to be next day delivery. Also this is not the first time I have had issues with deliveries & use other couriers but Yodel has been the one consistently who never seem to deliver when expected & one company I use often must have a contract with this sad excuse for deliveries, going on my experience & reading other comments from people who feel similar & had issues with Yodel………… Frustrated to say the least!
