   Pretty poor delivery service! Item couldn't be delivered on Friday as no one was in fair enough so re booked for Tuesday. Accepted the liability for the item to be left in my safe place (log shed) at the side of my house that you pass the gate walking to my door. But any way dumped at my front door for anyone to see pish poor! Even better the parcel box is more battered than a fish supper at the local chippy

   Apparently couldn't find my address, the number couldn't be any bigger. Updated to deliver it to the closest pick up point for the next day, get a phone call asking to confirm my address in the morning. Not supposed to be going to my address anymore..? When I ask just to give it to a neighbouring shop, they say they never even took my order out that day because they couldn't find me. Then asks for the address of the pick up point it was supposed to go to after I have the village (only pick up location there), is that not your job? Now not being delivered til Monday. Absolutely useless drivers, online system and office. Stick to dpd/ups

   Was meant to have a pick up at there Glasgow depot and they moved it to Lanark last minute which is the her an hour away from where I stay. I then organised a delivery on Friday and they never showed up, called or anything. So took another day off today (Tuesday) and get one of there incompetent staff members calling me to say sorry I won’t be getting a delivery there’s nothing on the system. She had no idea how it happened so I asked to speak to a manager whose name is Darren. She puts me on hold comes back and says that he’s not available, I refuse to believe that so I say am not going off the line until I speak to him. I then hear her whispering to who I assume is Darren and she says she has sent Darren a message to call me. Still no phone call from Darren and this joke off a company have had my parcel for 3 weeks. Anyone reading this, please avoid this company at all costs, especially the Lanrk depot, it’s the blind leading the blind up there clearly.
