Drivers take pictures of your building door but don’t actually ring the buzzer to see if you are home. Thankfully I have CCTV which captured this happening AGAIN. Absolutely sick & tired of not getting my items when supposed to as the drivers are too lazy to actually deliver them!!

Waited all day for a delivery i was given my 1 hour slot, said the driver would be there in a few mins, a few minutes later i got a notification saying sorry we “missed” you. No one had even attempted to deliver it, i was on the phone with customer service and he said it was the drivers fault and that he couldnt contact them. Absolutely disgusting service and now my parcel is back at the depot and best believe i will be coming there to collect what is mine

Worst delivery company in the UK by far. Drivers don't even bother. Take a picture of the building and leave. Never even try to ring the flat, they just flat out lie about no one being home. I work from home, so believe me I was in. Especially if I know I have a parcel incoming. You pay for next day delivery, and then they have the nerve to tell you, ah well, after the weekend. Which I'll also need to pick up from a drop off point, because I can guarantee that whoever is driving on Monday, won't bother either. Well spent money. I'm surprised any companies still get these people to do their deliveries.

Paid for next day delivery, unfortunately was not going to be in on the delivery time. Rescheduled for next day delivery to local Dpd locker. Everyday for 3 days sent a text saying its on its way to the locker but it never arrived. Did go to depot 4days later and was told by member of staff my parcel was in the locker. Phoned customer's service, got told that that team was away home to call back tommorrow. Called the next day to be told the parcel was not in the locker and they ( Dpd ) don't know where it is. Called the company where I had bought my products, they were going to call Dpd to investigate where the parcel was. Later on the same day I went out side my front door to find a parcel propped up against my car, the mystery parcel had shown up 5 days late.

Up there with Evri, drivers are a joke. Paid 15 pound for a delivery, wasnt even attempted. Theyve got a cheek to say sorry you werent in. Took the day off work to wait for package. Drivers photo was of the ground and his boots. Pointless. If struggling to find the property why would the driver not phone and ask for direction. Why are these companies so bad. Now i need to try and get my elderly neighbour to take it in another day even if they do attempt to deliver it the next time. Shambles.

Had two parcels arriving with DPD day, first driver swore and verbally abused me as my dog had snuck out and was trying to say hi (yes I understand not everyone likes dogs but I was clearly in the middle of getting her back) As if things couldn’t get any worse my second parcel of the day was delivered to a “safe place” of my front doorstep on a busy main road in a dodgy area of Glasgow. Unsurprisingly once home from work 45 mins later the parcel had been stolen. I had given clear delivery instructions and it doesn’t take a genius to realise leaving a parcel on a main road is a terrible idea.

Horrendous service. Driver scanned my parcel as delivered (not delivered) and then returns it to the depot. 4 days trying to get someone, and now they've decided to return it to sender. Local drive is a lazy and incompetent. DPD ARE A SHAMBLES.

Hands down the most shocking experience of a delivery. Had two deliveries from PC specialist tried to get delivered to my place of work. They had missed the open hours of the work twice meaning "that I wasn't home " and they missed me. One eventually has arrived. Now my work unknown to me has to scan parcels in. The parcel doesn't fit so instead of telling me this is the issue I have been greeted with "ops we missed you" finally got told this from my work and arranged with the driver to deliver to a diffrent part of my workplace so it didn't need scanned. This was arranged privately between me and the driver. So today there was no parcel and its showing at the depot. Call the driver today is his day off..... Next I contacted DPD themselves explaining that my parcel cannot be delivered. Due to the scanner issue. Asked to collect the parcel from the depot myself. I was refused this. Asked to deliver to another address right next to the original address. This was also refused. My only was is having to recontact the dispatcher and getting them to change the delivery address. I wanted to phone the depot itself but was given their national number instead. What should have been a simple explication and pick up. Has now turned out I am missing my delivery for another few days. I should have received my parcel a week ago at this moment.

The packages had been roughly handled resulting in a damaged part. I now have to return the whole consignment and wait for a replacement.
