Can’t get through to anyone in customer service…no information on website..parcels showing as not having moved from ‘we have your parcel’ in over a week…sender not interested either…’ No option to speak with anyone…only virtual assistant…last time I would ever use Evri…Looks like there will be two less Christmas presents..abysmal
