   We cannot rate Belmont highly enough. The headmistress and teachers works tirelessly to provide not only a great education but excellent pastural care and support for every child. Moving to Belmont was the best decision we have made for our son. Overnight we had our happy confident child back, who is valued for his complete self and not just his academic achievements.

   I am very sad to see negative comments about Belmont. This is not the Belmont I know. My child has been a boarder in the school for several years and in that time has flourished beyond belief. The pastoral care is outstanding and this was recently put to test when we had a situation. The school encourages and supports every child to reach their full potential and aim high for their future. There is a lovely group of parents and before the pandemic hit us all, there were lots of activities for children and parents alike. The school grounds are wonderful, plenty of space for the children to use. For Londoners, there is a dedicated reliable, punctual school bus service and also for the surrounding area. This is a fantastic school for parents who want weekly or flexi-boarding and a warm, happy environment that will bring out the best in a child

   We sent our children here when we moved back from Greece which effectively meant that they were two years behind the English system as the Greeks don't send their children to school until they're 6. We tried another UK school before for a year but found that school too rigid in their expectations and methods of teaching. Our children could not just expect to 'fit in' after coming from such a different environment and system. Belmont has proved itself to be a flexible and supportive in the way it treats and teaches the children and now both of our children are happy and doing well. There are lots of opportunities at the school for clubs and sports which the kids take advantage of and we've also found the other parents to be welcoming and friendly. Would recommend.

   Belmont is a fantastic school, I can’t praise the staff enough, when my son and daughter started I was anxious about how it would be but what I can say is it’s the best decision my husband and I have made within education. The children have flourished since being at Belmont and are looking forward to many more happy years at the school. I would recommend Belmont highly to any parent.
