Impossible to get hold of and they never call you back! They keep hold of your items indefinitely. Rubbish experience.
Absolutely disgraceful company! They are liars. My parcel was “with them” and they lied about it multiple times. Avoid avoid avoid !
Great service, I had a very large sofa delivered! They went above and beyond to get it in and make sure it was completely unscathed, even helping to remove my door. I am so impressed, thank you once again. Best delivery service I have had, I wish everyone would use them!
Professional 2 man team. Delivered two heavy furniture items. They completed the job effortlessly, taking the items up two flights of narrow stairs. Notified me a couple of days before by text of delivery window, called again 30mins prior to arrival. Great customer experience! Thank you.
Absolutely 1st Class Service I have just received. Two guys delivered my kitchen/diner furniture - they knew that I was to check something before accepting my delivery. They were very polite. I was informed of the delivery all of the way. They even unpackaged my furniture, put it together and took away the rubbish. Never experienced such a great service from a delivery company. Highly recommended!

Absolutely shocking delivery company if I could give no stars I would..comical performance by a 2 bit firm. Not sure how they keep in busy I wouldn't pay them in washers.
Excellent service. Had text few days before delivery to offer a date...I was given link to allow me to track van on the day...got call from Driver to let me know would be with me in approx 20mins..and he was. Large table delivered and set up without any problems... Unfortunately problem with table ..Manufacturing not delivery...So today Billy came back accompanied by Jamie with replacement ..couldn't have went smoother.
Delivery advised the day before for a time slot that worked but nearly 2 hours later it's still not arrived. According to the tracking the driver has been less than an hour away for about 2 hours now. I can't contact anyone on the text number that advised the delivery or the company on its number. We had plans for this evening but now have to change them so overall pretty poor.
This company is absolutely amazing. Had two delivery drivers deliver my items and they were sooo patient communicated with me when they were running behind on time.... when they arrived they even helped assemble my furniture for me..... I was extremely grateful to them..... if only all delivery companies were like them the world would be a much calmer place!!! THANKYOU.
