   Great people but the queue was out the door as they were down to 1 computer and the payment machine wasn’t working most of the time so couldn’t take cashless payments. Most people in the line left because the service was just so slow. Staff were trying their best though.

   The Young lady who was a new start dealt with me in such a pleasant manner , she could not do enough to help me out as my parcel was going to Ecuador. She treated my contents of the box with care and respect. I was very pleased that it was her who dealt with me.

   Don't touch them, especially the Glasow office at Tollcross. They changed the tracking number on an expensive Bluetooth speaker i was sending back, then wouldnt release it, or send it! They werent doing anything with it (we all know what was going on...) Went in person 4 times in a week to push the matter, was told a diff story each time followed by an excuse. Only managed to resolve once I demanded to speak to a manager, she was super helpful tbf and gave me her email to coordinate with the sender, however it would defo have went 'missing' had I not took those actions. Sooo much more to this but you and I don't have time for it. TLDR; go elsewhere, avoid them like the plague

   This is third time I came in few hours , wanted to send them abroad , very slow service , and a polish guy was sitting there and never bother to explain and looking to do something, never explain how to send item . After third attempt hardly manage to sent something. Very poor and slow service

   Giving the lowest review possible. I work at business associated with the University of Strathclyde and we have a separate DHL account for our activities. Our delivery was delayed as other acounts associated with the university are in arrears. These are separate accounts of which we have no formal lines of communiation with. The delay in shipment which was an attempt to extract these payments from other accounts, delayed our commercial activities by a week. This is totally unprofessional. The customer service was also woeful with multiple return calls promised and not returned. I now have the items albeit one week late. I will be directing all courier related services away from DHL in the future

   Waited about 30/40 mins for the one person before me to be served, only to be twice ignored by the very slow, rude and unhelpful member of staff - even had to ask her to actually scan the parcel before I left, just to make sure it would be accepted. Wouldn't provide a receipt or tracking number so the only proof I have that I droped my parcel off is a photo of my parcel on the desk. Doubt we'll ever see that again. Would not recommend - 0/10

   Terrible experience sadly. Picked up a 2 piece order from London on the 19th for next day delivery. Shipped the pieces separately for some reason. The first piece arrived at Glasgow on the 20th the second piece arrived on the 21st. They then sat in Glasgow at the depot without delivery the 22nd and 23rd after multiple phone calls at 7p a min btw which is disgraceful. I tracked the parcels down and was told the only way I could get them was to go to the depot 45mins drive away. I did this only to find when I got there one of the pieces was out for delivery and if it wasn’t delivered to come back the next day. So I find myself driving back to the depot on Christmas Eve as the parcel was unable to deliver to my home at 8.45pm last night. Even although my wife was at home whilst I was at the depot. Something stinks here and it not nice. I realise that this time of year is chaos for parcel delivery and I know there is an increased pressure due to the post office strike’s but, I paid for an express delivery service that they were advertising in the 19th and ended up having to go and collect my own parcels 45 mins away twice 12hrs apart. I don’t think that’s a good service at all. Not to mention the stress of not having the Christmas present for my daughter in time.
