    Says they have a printer to print return labels and on visiting the shop they don’t have one. Staff member was very cheeky. Will be taking this further.

    Terrinle service. No information about delivery. no letter through door advising attempted delivery and no way of asking for redelivery because of lack of tracking no etc.
