   Very poor service not had a delivery in nearly 4 weeks went to collection office to see if there was mail i had 2 letters one from NHS dated 23 November we are now on 13th Dec. The other letter was also dated in November too. Im eaiting on a hospital appointment and if they are not delivering as they should i better not miss out on any appointment. I know someone got thier NHS appointment letter delivered after the date of appointment this is not good enough they are playing with peoples health and life

   Royal Mail attempted Amazon delivery on the Saturday when we were out. Tracking said customer to pick up from Hamilton Delivery Office. Went down on Monday to pick up parcel and they told me it wasn't there it was out for delivery. Waited in all day for a no show from Royal Mail. Tracking said attempted delivery which was a lie and to pick up from Hamilton Delivery Office. Bunch of clowns.

   Absolute abysmal service. I made one typo on a postcode, ML3 instead of ML2, Royal mail protocol tells workers to hold onto parcels with delivery mistakes for 2-3 working days. I Called Keith delivery depot Saturday 1/11/25 12.58pm and was told a note would be put on my parcels, and that I was able to collect from depot. Monday 3/11/25 8.45am hamilton office tells me that it's being sent to Belfast returns centre and it could take over 18 days to rectify, they didn't call me even though they had my number, they didn't return to seller even though they had information....Just put on a night wagon (within 24 hours) and sent to Northern Ireland. Called Keith delivery office at 8.58am and was told that parcels should have been kept at depot and at the least returned to sender as they have the information, so why was this sent to Belfast? Beware of this service, just in time for Christmas chaos and no wonder, the professionalism, common sense and due diligence is lacking here.

   Poor service. Leave a note saying will attempt delivery next day between 9 and 2pm Sit in wasting my time waiting on delivery. Could have picked it up if I knew it wasn't going to be delivered or changed delivery day and not wasted my time! Disappointed.
