Susan is just as it says "TOP DOG GROOMING"...we have been going for nearly 5 years now and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Our "wee man" comes back just beautiful every 6 weeks. Susan says he is a pleasure to groom,which makes matters even better. Lovely friendly person too Susan!
Great job on Rory grooming by whil as Rory can be a handful and he looks great when he comes out totally recommended by me.
My boy's coat changed dramatically after neutering and had become unmanageable. He is quite phobic and a bit of a handful so there was no chance of him enduring a full session. Everyone at Top Dog were very understanding. Their genuine care, knowledge and passion was clear from the start.
I have been taking my two dogs to Susan and her team for a few years now and I wouldn't take my dogs elsewhere, the team all update their training and attend classes on handling and behaviour so they can groom nervous dogs and they are so kind and patient with the dogs. My dogs always come out looking and smelling wonderful and they spotted a change in my dogs coat which turned out to be her thyroid, so they really get to know the dogs that come in to them and advise on how to look after their coats and really are very knowledgeable. The prices for the groom are very competitive too. My dogs both absolutely adore Susan and enjoy their visits to her salon because she genuinely loves dogs and her job.
First visit to a dog groomers with my very hairy cocker spaniel. Kelsey explained the options for her coat to reduce matting etc. Very pleased with result all in all brilliant experience. Will definately be back....100% recommend
I took my golden lab Poppy here for the first time yesterday and I was delighted with the service. The girls were so friendly and did a great job of grooming Poppy. She looked lovely and was so happy with herself when I collected her wearing her complimentry pink bow. We've already made our next appointment just to make sure we don't miss out.
