   Those opening times are shocking ! How is that any use to anyone. Need to shut this and just put it to the village. Especially at this time of year !

   Home all day - package showing as "Ready for Delivery", suddenly updates to "we tried you and you weren't home". Watched the Royal mail van pass by and never try my door. Deceitful, useless delivery service, time and time again. I have complained to Amazon, why offer a next day guarantee if you just can't honour it. Hope they stop using Royal Mail as a partner.

   I keep instructing the postal worker that I do not want packages left on my doorstep and there is no safe place as my packages have been stolen repeatedly. I would gladly pick my packages up from my local office. But week after week, I get a card through my door stating that the package has been left in a safe place (which I never agreed to.) AND they will atempt redelivery by another selected day. How can it be BOTH? No packages have been found and no parcels are ever redelivered. I'm frankly getting sick of this. Then there is the Royal Mail Office Opening Hours. 8AM-10AM Monday to Thursdays and open to 12PM on Fridays. Who decided this was acceptable? What about those of us that work 6 days a week doing 12 hour shifts? Come on, please consider making these hours more reasonable. If not then change them. Something mid afternoon i.e 12PM-2PM would accomodate to working people alot more AND the complaints from the public would stop. Otherwise just leave our packages in the Post Office seeing as it is next door AND it has way more respectable hours 9AM-5:30PM. Thank you.

   Opening hours are of no use to anyone who works full time. It’s more convenient for me to pick up than arrange a redelivery. I work from home but on the telephone and live alone so can’t always answer the door and you can’t specify a convenient time of day for the delivery! The days I’m in the office, I am already on my way to work by the time the collections office is open! Needs a rethink!

   I've just had a reply to my earlier review, from the Postmaster, saying 'We may share a building but we are nothing to do with the Royal Mail.' and '...the hours online...these are the post office counter hours and google page, not the royal mails.' This doesn't make sense as the thing on Google which shows you the opening hours is under the heading 'Royal Mail' So he's saying the post office's hours, despite being nothing to do with Royal Mai, are the ones shown under 'Royal Mail' on Google. Very confusing. You basically need to enter the Royal Mail's website to get the opening times for the delivery office, instead of just looking at the box on Google search screen (screen shot attached). I think this should be made clearer. I'm not the only one confused by it. I saw someone else arriving just after me staring at the closed door wondering what was going on. am sure he'd also Googled the opening times before coming

   Not the best service from parcel collection team, arrived 9:20 & was politely advised they don't open until 9:30 fair enough. However, despite knowing they had a customer waiting the attendant didn't appear until 9:35, didn't check my id, no engagement and then gave me someone else's package along with my own.
