No company should use them will give your company a bad name. So far have failed to deliver after twice giving a 2 hour time slot on 2 different days.
Pathetic doesn't even come close to describing that "Mickey Mouse" APC company A overnight delivery for Tuesday 4 December booked on Monday 3rd Dec and paid for and their driver switches of "live tracking" in his van all week at roughly 3.00pm when only one mile from my home/location Its now Friday 6 Dec and still no delivery, the goods were not even put into an ACP delivery van but left lying in a warehouse thats a full 4 days overdue now. The company I originally purchased have said they are finished with APC deliveries as it also shone them in a bad light as a compay failing to deliver their own customers goods in a timely manner and thereby losing consumers through no fault of their own. Excuse after apology after Excuse does not right any of APC wrongs, If APC continues to run such an incompetent company lead by those not fit for purpose in Glasgow areas their failings and contempt for paying customers APC will soon be closing down in Scotland.
Do NOT use this service! They pretend to attempt collection and try to make you re-book which is a charge of £10 for every missed collection. Fraudulent behaviour by a company and refuse to refund you if unhappy and don’t wish to continue re-booking more collections.

As much use as a chocolate teapot when it comes to delivering parcels to Paisley. From personal experience you are better to go and pick up your parcel than suffer the pain of having to wait in for a parcel that may or may not show up.
