   Parcels hardly ever turn up on time, especially next day delivery, had shoes stolen from one of their drivers. An absolute shambles of a company.

   Very rude guy in this shop (older guy, dark skin). He accused me that I am sending a liquid in the box but I didn't. He destroyed my mood in the morning. Please change your customer service if you want to keep your clients.

   Today, I went to the one of the Hermes (585 Maryhill rd G20 7UH) close to my home. They were very rude a very difficult to communicate with. I am not sure that the package that I left (and for which I do I have receipt and photo in the basket) will arrive safe. I should also add that nobody was waring a face mask.
