    Phoned them several times, no one picked up the phone. I left a few voicemails to call me back and ..... nothing. Finally yesterday someone's answered the phone when I said that I want to check my outlander as there is something wrong, been told that they will call me back in 1hr and book diagnostic. No one called me, I gave up with them. I have called Salisbury Mitshubishi today and booked it straight away.

    Took our Mitsubishi Outlander with shudder problem. Friendly service. Turned out to be calliper stuck had destroyed brake pads and damaged discs. Very helpful and knowledgeable lady at service reception who clearly explained the problems. Fast turnaround. Definitely our service centre of choice.
