   I've used Travel Lite multiple times and always found them to be friendly, helpful and efficient. In addition to baggage transfer in September, we also engaged them for an airport transfer from Fort William to Glasgow airport. The driver was experienced and knowledgeable, keeping us informed and entertained throughout the journey. I would never use anyone else (September was my 8th WHW) and can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all Travel Lite for another problem-free hike.

   Excellent experience with Travel Lite during our hike of the West Highland Way! Our luggage was safely transported without issue throughout. The two things that really stood out about them and made me want to write this review, however, were: 1. their excellent, swift communication and 2. their flexibility - we changed tack with our destination a few times and asked at the last minute for our bags to be dropped off at a farther location, and they were very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend!
